The era of globalization has transformed the way business is carried on all over the world. International trade has become the key word for the economic development of all countries. As a consequence, cross border commercial transactions have proliferated. |

With these developments, a plethora of legal issues have emerged in such cross border transactions. The birth of World Trade Organisation (WTO) and the agreements under its ambit have caused key changes in legal systems of almost all member countries. With that the negotiation and conclusion of Regional Trade Agreements between various nations have resulted into a complex web of international rules and regulations. |
